Baseline Assessment Report: Belize Volume II

This baseline assessment covers key metrics related to Spotlight Initiative results as articulated in its results framework as well as capturing perceptions and norms of women and men related to violence against women and girls (VAWG) and family violence within the 2019-2020 period. It presents data that can be 1) used to measure impact both during and after the implementation of the Spotlight Initiative, and 2) used by the Spotlight Initiative to further develop and/or adapt the design of the programme and target interventions based on baseline data and analysis.
